Ankle supports.- Ia an ankle support formed by two straps A, B of canvas or the like, one passing round the ankle and the other under the arch of the foot, the straps are provided with front strips C1 of leather containing eyelet holes D for lacing, and a tongue E is stitched to the front strip C1 to protect the foot from the lacing. The appliance is worn over the stocking.
