Ankle supports.-A leather or other anklesupport a for wear over shoes is fastened around the ankle by lacing b at the front together with either a strap passing beneath the shoe or a loop g co-operating with a strap e passing over the shoe. The Provisional Specification describes the support as lacing or buttoning at the front, back, or side and states that such fastening may be a continuation of the shoe fastening.
