Cylinders receiving liquid fuel. -When the spraying valve C is closed fuel is admitted through the passage L to the lower portion of a sealed air chamber G. On the opening of the valve C the air in the chamber expands and forces the fuel into a main stream of injection air passing through a passage J into the cylinder. The volume of the chamber G may be varied by a ring threaded on the outside of the member B.
