Globe, shade, and reflector holders; securing globes, shapes, and reflectors to holders.-Incandescent gas burners and electric lamp-holders and the like are provided with radiating or depending arms with ends shaped for engaging links or loops carried by bowl-like globes, shades, or the like. In one form, depending arms b radiate from a collar b<1> supported on a shoulder a<1> on the burner tube, and their hook ends are adapted to engage corresponding links c which are attached to the globe through eyes d by means of screw nuts f, washers g being, preferably, used in the case of a glass globe. Two hook ends b<2> may be bent to prevent detachment of the links while a third b<3> allows of ready detachment to permit of access to the burner. In a second form, the radiating arms are carried by a ring, supported by set-screws in an annular globe gallery. In a third form, the links e are attached to a metallic which supports the globe. In the case of a glow-lamp holder, the collar b<1> is passed on the screwed port of the holder and is clamped by a screw ring. The bowls may be of translucent or opaque reflecting-substance or of fabric.
