Axles and axle structures. - The springs m carrying the rear portion of a power-driven roadvehicle body is connected eccentrically to rigidlyconnected discs c which are mounted partly to rotate within the hubs d of the two driving road wheels h, subject to the counteraction of helical check springs k connected to the discs and to the vehicle frame. As shown, the discs are connected by transverse rods or axle members a, a<1> which are cranked to clear the differential housing, the springs being connected to these rods.
