Abstract

158,670. Camiller, J., and Hay, A. Nov. 7, 1919. Colour photography. - For making colour screens, coloured grains are mixed with a liquid tacky material into a paste which can be spread upon the glass or other support. The tacky material may be coloured, and to facilitate mixing and spreading glycerine is added. The coloured grains may be threads or particles of glass, or dyed gum. To form, for example, a twocoloured screen, particles of one colour are mixed with warm gelatine dyed a second colour, into a paste. The outer surface of the screen is smoothed and the screen may be varnished.
