Abstract

Chimney tops.-A cap for flues which are built of blocks containing a flue duct and one or more insulating or ventilating ducts is provided with a transverse passage B opening into a vertical passage C which registers with the flue duct and with one or more passages D registering with the insulating or ventilating ducts and preferably having outlets at the side of the cap. The cap is formed of concrete, clay, or other moulded material, and grids E, F may be provided at the outlets.
