Ventilating - shaft tops.-In an air extractor ventilator of the kind described in Specification 27784/06, comprising four lower walls masked by baffle-plates C, the upper and lower edges of the louver plates B are turned over to form angular edges b, and the plates themselves are inclined at various angles, the lowermost series being inclined at approximately 15‹ to the vertical, the next two superimposed series at 30‹, and the next two series at 45‹, with a similar increase in inclination if additional plates are used.
