Abstract
1501522 Fusible cut-outs BASSANI TICINO SpA 20 Jan 1976 [6 Feb 1975] 02185/76 Addition to 1426842 Heading H2G A cartridge fuse carrier assembly includes an insulating closure cap 13 which carries the fuse and is at first inserted axially into a housing 1, until a shoulder 20 of the cap engages the surface 21 of the housing, and is then displaced sideways so that the hook 17 engages the member 7, the contact 18 engages the recessed contact 10 by insertion into the aperture 11, and the rib 23 snaps into the groove 24. The fuse 14 is then held firmly between the cap 13 and the resilient contact 3. One or more ribs and grooves 23, 24 of any length may be provided on either or each side of the cap or housing for engagement as described. The fuse carrier assembly may be combined with a switch.
