Abstract

1482843 Carton blanks DOLAN CORRUGATED CONTAINERS (BRISTOL) Ltd 20 Feb 1975 7115/75 Heading B8P In a carton blank (Fig. 1, not shown) which consists of a rectangular sheet of material cut and creased to form a plurality of panels and flaps from which a carton may be erected having a bottom panel 10, vertical end walls and vertical side walls 11; the carton also being provided with hand and/or ventilation holes 17, 14 respectively; the end walls are each formed by parallel, foldably connected panels 12 and 19 which together form a double wall; flaps are attached to the ends of the side walls 11 and extend, in the erected carton, between the panels 12 and 19 forming the end walls; and flaps 29 are provided which in the unerected blank lie adjacent the flaps which are attached to the ends of the side walls, and which in the erected carton provide tongues 32 which engage in slots 16 located between the bottom panel and the end panels to lock the carton in its erected position.
