1473479 Grid floors HAFLA BRUKS AB 11 March 1975 10099/75 Heading E1K [Also in Division F2] A bracket for securing a floor grating 10 to a horizontal flange 11 of a bearing beam consists of a C-shaped shackle, formed by a pair of slotted flanges 2 joined by a web 3, a hasp 5, and a screw 4 passed through apertures in the hasp 5 and web 3 and threadedly engaging a separate or integral nut beneath the web 3, the arrangement being such that, in use, the flange 11 enters the slots in the flanges 2 and upwardly folded ears 6 of the hasp engage the top edges of adjacent flat steel plates 12 of the grating, so that upon tightening the screw 4 the grating is clamped to the bearing beam.
