Abstract
1466838 Fluid-pressure servomotor systems WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORP 13 May 1975 [16 May 1974] 20103/75 Heading G3P A valve 42 held closed by high-pressure fluid admitted to a chamber 46 by a valve 52 is allowed to open when the valve 52 is closed and a valve 48 opens to connect the chamber 46 with a lowpressure region. The valves 48, 52 are arranged to open alternately and may be controlled by an emergency trip gear for a steam turbine, the valve 42 allowing steam between the high and lowpressure stages to escape to atmosphere.
