Battery lamps; holders. - The lamp socket a is carried by a spring b which is secured to the socket and to the inside of a reflector c with which the contact plate h engages. A spring b<1> in contact with the plate m engages the end contact of the lamp. The glass f and insulating plate e are held in place by rings p, q screwed into a brass liner o. The outer or inner top face v, w of the glass f may be provided with a reflecting surface. The lower part of the lamp and the battery may be of the form described in Specification 147,994.
