Projectiles. - Relates to projectiles provided with a base-piece made in longitudinal sections which become detached when the projectile is in flight. According to the invention, the projectile 1 has a conically tapered rear part 4 ending in a button 5, and the base-piece 6 fits around this tapered rear end and is made with a recess 7 for the button 5. This button may have a concavoconvex formation somewhat like a cushion.
