1454220 Seals GREENE TWEED & CO Inc 24 Dec 1974 55725/74 Heading F2B A scraper ring 10 for a hydraulic ram or like piston rod 2 is made of virgin or filled P.T.F.E. and formed to be gripped peripherally by ring 7. The frusto-conical internal surface of the ring has an angle b of approximately 10 degrees. Garter spring 16 maintains the tip 20 in contact with the rod 2.
