Abstract
144,276. Tyrrell, W. May 29, 1919. [Convention date]. Briquetting-processes.-Briquettes of ores, concentrates, sands &c. are made by the use of a binder consisting of 2 parts each of sodium sulphate, diatomaceous earth and concentrated lye, and 1 part of magnesium carbonate, with or without 1 part of salt. 4 parts of the mixture made into a fluid with 10 parts of water may be mixed with 96 parts of ore &c.
