1439025 Fluid regulation SKEGA AB 8 June 1973 [6 Feb 1973] 34477/75 Divided out of 1439021 Heading G3H In a vortex device for controllably mixing fluid streams entering through primary and secondary inlets 34, 33 and having different temperatures or physical or chemical compositions, the secondary inlet 33 is formed by a rigid tube mounted in a flexible wall portion 31 of the vortex chamber 30 and is angularly adjustable in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the vortex chamber. Thus the secondary inlet stream may be directed into the vortex chamber from substantially radially to substantially tangentially thereof. The inlet 33 is preferably of rectangular cross-section.
