1434700 Trueing grinding wheels SPOJENE OCELARNY NARODNI PODNIK 20 Dec 1974 [19 Feb 1974] 55215/74 Heading B3D A device for profiling a grinding wheel 11 comprises a frame 1 for attachment to the head stock of a grinding machine, a slide rest 2 on the frame for a template 3, a first link 4 pivoted to the frame and connected by means of a pivot 12 to a second link 5 provided with clamping centrics 9, 10 an exchangeable holder 6 for a template follower 7 and a profiling tool 8 mounted between the centrics, and an operating handle 10 for controlling movements of the holder. The link 4 is connected by a pivot 13 to the frame 1 and, together with the link 5 permits manipulation of the diamond tool 8 in any direction as the follower is moved over the template. The holder 6 is removable from the centrics for matching the tool with the follower.
