Abstract

1418928 Electric heating element FRITZ EICHENAUER 13 Feb 1973 [23 Dec 1972] 7047/73 Addition to 1418929 Heading H5H A two stage electric blower heater comprises two helical heating elements of the type disclosed in Specification 1,418,929, the two helical elements 28, 29 being coiled in bifilar configuration and their turns spaced by means of notches in the edges of an insulating material panel 30 which is disposed in a diametral plane of the two helical elements parallel to the air flow. Each end 31, 32, 35, 36 of each helical element is provided with a terminal contact on the panel 30 for connection to leads 33, 34, 37. A thermal cut-out 42 is mounted on the insulating panel.
