Abstract

Non-metallic elastic bodies and cores.-A tyre comprises an inflated air-tube B fitted between the tread portion of the cover A and a filling C of spongy rubber. The rubber is sufficiently compressed to be capable of fitting the cover in the event of deflation of the tube B. If the cover is air-tight, the tube B may be omitted.
