Abstract

140,248. North British Rubber Co., and Hubbard, C. May 3, 1919. Tyre valves.-The inner nipple 2 of a pneumatic-tyre valve is provided with its end portions 6 of angular shape fitting into a recess 7 of similar shape in the main tubular portion 1 to prevent relative rotation of the two parts. The usual non-return valve 5 is provided, and the parts are secured by an external packing-gland 3.
