Abstract

1392495 Transformers TAMURA SEISAKUSHO KK 31 May 1972 [29 July 1971] 25523/72 Heading HIT A coil bobbin comprises a pair of identical coil bobbin members 1, 2 formed of insulating material, e.g. synthetic resin, mounted in bobbin chambers 13, 14 respectively formed on opposite sides of an insulating base 11. The bobbin chambers are formed by integral side walls 17, 18 for the upper chamber and 20 for the lower, the bobbin members being inserted through openings 16 and 19 and being held in position by mating projections 8 and holes 21. An insulating frame 22 is inserted in central axial holes 7 in the members, and the laminated core 27 of silicon steel plates is accommodated in an axial hole 23 in the frame 22. The transformer core is completed by the laminated core member 29. Alternative frames 22 having modified flange 25 and side wall 26 positions may be used.
