Abstract

PURPOSE:To fix easily and surely without discrepancy the coil of an air-core reactor with magnetic shielding plates by a method wherein a fixing member of winding is inserted and is fixed in grooves being provided on magnetic shielding plates at the upper and the lower faces, and is made to locate firmly with insulating plates having a specified structure. CONSTITUTION:The grooves 2 are provided on the magnetic shielding plates 1 at the upper and the lower faces of the winding. The fixing member of winding 17 supports the winding coming in contact with the inner circumference of an insulating cylinder of winding, and is provided with protruded parts 23 at the upper and the lower ends to engege with the grooves 2. A lower insulating plate 12 having fixing holes at the position of engaging protruded parts 23 is put on the lower magnetic shielding plate 1, the concerning protruded parts 23 are inserted in the grooves 12 being buried the spare space with distance pieces 10 and in the fixing holes, and a fixing frame 27 is fitted up. A winding 15 is fitted up to the fixing frame 27 putting a spacer 18 between them, an upper insulating plate 13 is provided at the upper part inserting through the concerning protruded part 23 in the fixing holes and is fixed driving wedges in the grooves. By this way, the coil can be easily and surely fixed without discrepancy.
