Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate automation and improve insulation performance by fitting the end-surface side of a shading coil fitted to the outer-peripheral side of a stator core in such a manner that it is positioned deeper inside than the flange of a winding supporting tube. CONSTITUTION:The stator core 2 is formed by laminating silicon steel plates 15 and 16 and fixing the same by calking and both end-surface parts thereof are held and fixed by the flange 14 of the winding supporting tube 10. A winding coil 8 is inserted through a slot 18 provided in a core 2 and wound on the supproting tube 10 on the side of both end surfaces. In addition, the core 2 is provided with a shading part 19, while in a goove and the slot 18 formed in the shading part 19 is fitted a shading coil 11. Since the silicon steel plate is laminated on both end-surface parts of the core 2 and the coil 11 is fitted in an intermediate part, the part is formed in the position inside the flange 14 of the supporting tube 10. Therefore, the end part of the shading coil can be insulated by the flange of the winding supporting tube and thereby the insulation performance can be improved.
