1391565 Multi-storey buildings W T SANDEY 3 April 1973 [3 Jan 1973] 360/73 Heading E1A A multi-storey building has a plurality of housing units 15 spaced about its periphery and separated by spaces 16 for cars or garden purposes, the units 15 in any one storey being aligned with the spaces 16 in the adjacent stories. The building is made of re-inforced concrete and/or steel and is built about an amenity area 18. A walkway 17 is provided with a railed public transport system adjacent thereto. Helical ramps 13, 14 are provided for cars and additional housing structures 19 may be provided disposed around the outside of the roadway sections 12.
