Mud-guards rotating with wheels.- In a mud-guard for vehicle wheels of the type in which an annular shield or apron is carried by the wheel, the apron F is provided with a bead in the core of which is fitted a steel hoop or ring R. Attached to the bead are arms or brackets C which are perman. ently secured thereto, and which are capable of a circumferential movement. The brackets C are secured together with clamps D to the felloe B of the wheel W by nuts G.
