1381135 Display devices H L TONHAUSER 29 Sept 1972 45009/72 Heading G5C A collapsible display device consists of one or more folding boxes 1 to which are hingedly connected vertical side supports 2 which may be swung from flat collapsed positions parallel to walls 3, 4 of the box into erected positions perpendicular to these walls, the supports 2 being connected to each other by a resilient band or cord 7 which biases the supports into the erect position. Wall 3 is connected to supports 2 by hinges 6, and to wall 4 by top and bottom webs 5. Hinges 6 may include tongues 8 to which band 7 is connected. When the device is collapsed, the side supports 2 may be folded along lateral lines 10 in the case of multiple boxes. Walls 3 and 4 may include cut-out windows.
