Diaphragm - pumps. - Two diaphragms a, b are arranged to divide the casing into three parts, namely, an inner pump chamber c<2> with inlet and delivery ports, and two communicating outer chambers c', c<3>, to which the actuating-fluid is admitted. The arrangement may be reversed and the outer chambers used as pump chambers.
