Abstract

1365110 Partitions SOC BELGE ISOLEX SA 3 Nov 1971 [3 Nov 1970] 51081/71 Heading E1W A partition panel has a peripheral frame, the upper, 11 and lower, 12 horizontal members of which are shaped to receive ceiling and floor rails 3 and 4 respectively, the depth of the slot in the upper member 11 being such as to allow removal of the panel lower edge from the floor rail 4. Adjacent panels are interconnected by slotted plates 32 engaging flanges 33, 34 of uprights 10, the joints being covered by battens 35 carrying spring clips 36. Insulating material is employed between the panel skins and between the battens. A panel may have intermediate interconnected horizontal members 42, 43, and uprights with a lower part 46 connected to an upper part 46 via a splice plate 48.
