Abstract

1353369 Pipe couplings ERNST PFLITSCH & CO Gebr PFLITSCH GmbH 13 Sept 1971 [24 Sept 1970] 42502/71 Heading F2G A lead-in, Fig. 3, for connecting a conduit or a cable to a housing (not shown) comprises a ferrule 1 screwed into the housing, a sleeve 3a screwed into the ferrule, a collar 5b on a nut 5 engaged by a flange 4 on the sleeve 3a, the nut being screwed on to an elbow joint 6. The sleeve 3a and ferrule 1 may be formed integrally Fig. 2 (not shown). In a further embodiment, Fig. 4, the sleeve 3a is an unthreaded thin metal tube driven into the ferrule and is held there by an annular rib 3c and a flange 3d. A sealing ring 2 is provided.
