Abstract

1347479 Roof edges FPA PITCHMASTIC Ltd 26 May 1971 [6 June 1970] 27447/70 Heading E1W A roof trimming assembly comprises a metal strip 6 secured to the edge of the roof by screws 8 passing through holes before a final layer of hot asphaltic roofing medium is applied and an unplasticized P.V.C. strip 14 which is pressed into interlocking engagement therewith after the asphalt has cooled. The plastics strip and the asphalt completely enclose the metal so it need not be especially treated to prevent corrosion.
