Abstract

1337217 Electric battery lamps S OGAWA 20 Oct 1972 48481/72 Heading F4R A pocket lamp comprises a transparent block 1 having depressions A-D containing a battery 10, a bulb 7 loaded by a spring 8, a push-button switch 4 and a resilient switch contact 5, respectively, the block being inserted into a box-like case (3) having an opening (4<SP>1</SP>) through which the push-button protrudes. The contact 5 has a flange 6 adapted to engage the base of the bulb and an extension 9 which is in contact with one terminal of the battery, the end contact of the bulb being held by the spring 8 in engagement with the other terminal of the battery. The head of the block 1 which protrudes from the case (3) has bulges 2 on opposite sides to form a magnifying glass.
