Abstract
1321806 Current transformers SPRECHER & SCHUH AG 16 June 1971 [11 Sept 1970] 28261/71 Heading HIT A three phase current transformer has a threewindowed magnetic core formed of limbs 4, 5, 6, 7 butted on to projecting portions of yokes 9 the phase primary conductors 18 each passing through a window as do the series connected pairs of phase secondary windings 26. The core parts are held together by tapped plates 12, and tie bolts 10 and the cover parts are secured together and to the transformer by studs 13, 25. The primary bars are surrounded by insulating hose 20. The symmetrical arrangement of the windings is said to avoid saturation of the core.
