Motor-driven geared pulley-hoists.-The chainwheel 6 of a pulley-hoist is driven by fluidpressure motors 2 through gears 3, 4 and a non- overhauling gear 5, which comprises pins a, b mounted on opposite sides of a disk c and a grooved gear f having the teeth on opposite sides of the groove h in staggered relationship.
