1313579 Suspension filing ACCO INTERNATIONAL Inc 27 Aug 1970 41279/70 Heading B6E A suspension bar essembly for a filing folder comprises a compressor 16, Fig. 2, co-operating with prongs 15 which are held down by slide members 17, each end portion of the compressor 16 being associated with a slide element 19 provided with grooved side walls 25, Fig. 4, which engage the flanges 22, Fig. 3, of upturned units 21 of the compressor 16. The slide elements are also provided with grooves 28 for engagement with a suspension rail (18, Fig. 1) and further grooves 31, Fig. 4, serving to engage stops 29 on the rails 21 to prevent the slide members 19 from completely sliding off the compressor. The slide members 17 which except for the suspension hook portion are similar to the slide members 19 are provided with a longitudinal slot (36, Fig. 5) to facilitate the snap engagement action with the compressor 16.
