Abstract

1,046,184. Shelf partitions. G. A. HARVEY OFFICE FURNITURE Ltd. June 9, 1965 [July 31, 1964], No. 30351/64. Headings A4B and A4U. A shelf divider 10 for shelves having dependent channel section elements 1, comprises two stout wire elements 11, 12 whose lower ends 15 engage apertures 6 in a lower shelf and whose upper ends have hook-shaped members 14 which slidably engage over flanges 3 of the upper shelf 2. The flanges 3 may be covered with a synthetic plastics strip 4. Sheet type shelf dividers 20, Fig. 4, (not shown) may be provided between the shelves. These dividers 20 have tongues 21 engaging the slots 6 and slots 5 in the flanges 3.
