A metal shelf 10 with depending flanges 20, 22 has rows of slots 16 aligned in pairs along its two longitudinal edges, the slots 16 being continuous with extension slots 18 in the flanges 20, 22 and pairs of combined slots 16, 18 serving to receive a pair of lugs 14 on the bottom edge of a partition 12. Corners of the shelf 10 are supported by brackets 32 hooked into slots 34 in corner plate 36.
