Abstract

1,027,130. Shelving. ARCAN EASTERN Ltd. Nov. 17, 1964 [Sept. 25, 1964], No. 46790/64. Heading A4B. In a shelving structure having posts 2, shelves 4 and clips 3 to support the shelves the clips 3 are right-angled with two sides 12, 13, the side 12 having a hook-like extension 16 with a horizontal shelf supporting edge 18 which extension engages in a slot 8 in a post and the sides 13 having a channel portion 17, extending therefrom which engages the edge of a post 2 and has a shelf supporting edge 17a. Each shelf comprises a rectangular sheet bent at its edges to form a pair of walls 22 and flanges 23 and walls 24 and flanges 25 and angle piece 28 being welded at each corner.
