Abstract

1,128,288. Shelving. BALLY SCHUHFABRIKEN A.G. 10 May, 1967 [12 May, 1966], No. 21788/67. Heading A4B. Shelves 11 are supported at their side edges on bearer bars 9 with notched ends 10 engaged with bolts 8 selectively inserted in holes (5), 7 in corner uprights 1 or intermediate uprights 2, the uprights 1, 2 having longitudinal grooves 3 and 6 to receive the bearer ends. Corner uprights 1 have a further groove 4 to receive the edge of a side panel 13. Intermediate uprights 2 have two grooves 6 to receive bearers 9 of adjacent shelving bays and may include a further, intermediate groove (15, Fig. 6) to receive the edge of a partition panel (16). The bearers 9 fit into grooves 12 on the underside of the shelf 11.
