1293088 Fuel injectors FFSA 29 May 1970 [18 June 1969] 25894/70 Heading F1B A fuel injector has a needle valve 2 incorporating a conical seating 3 and cylindrical portion 5 which during a first part of its travel permits injection through one set of apertures 9, 9a for slow running and, during the second part of its travel permits injection through the other set of apertures 8, 8a for full load running each of the slow running apertures lies in the same plane as a respective full load running apertures and the respective centre lines of the apertures converge.
