1290664 Marine propellers A JACKSON 15 Jan 1970 [18 Oct 1968] 49550/68 Heading B7V A marine propulsion unit comprises a rotatable propeller consisting of partly spherical hub 1 from which blades 2 extend and inclined swash-surface 14 of swash-plate 13 causes the axis of rotation of the propeller to describe a conical surface about the axis of the propeller driving shaft 11. Swash-plate 13 is the inclined end of hollow driving shaft 12 which separately: rotates the swash-plate.
