Abstract
1,270,699. Drawers. CHRISTIAN HOLZAPFEL K. G. April 30, 1969 [Jan. 18, 1969], No.22072/69. Heading A4B. The clear height of a drawer is altered by a panel 2 integral with or attached to the front of a drawer 1 and having a channel 8 in which an extension 9 on a drawer part 3 may be engaged, parts 3 being interchangeable and stackable one above the other. The drawer parts 3 are U-shaped, Figs. 2-4 (not shown), the branches (4) of the U forming side panels, each of which has a hole (18) through which a securing bar (19) is passed, bar (19) being screwed into the securing bar of the drawer part 3 situated beneath or into the side rails on which the drawer is mounted or into the side of the drawer. The panel 2 and parts 3 are made of hollow plastics material reinforced by ribs.
