Heading C1J. 0À5 to 10% b.w. of mono- or di-ammonium phosphate as a solid or in solution is mixed with silica aggregate, water added, the mixture shaped, dried and then fixed at not less than 1300‹ C. Up to 20% calcite or limestone; up to 3À5% iron oxide, and up to 3% of sulphite lye or molasses can also be present.
