1,226,174. Transformers. GENERALELECTRIC CO. 23 July, 1968 [31 Aug., 1967], No. 35008/68. Heading H1T. A voltage transformer, in particular an instrument transformer, comprises a core 18, a primary winding 12 and two parallel-connected secondary windings 20, 22, having different numbers of turns, whose respective resistances are selected, by appropriate choice of wire sizes, so that a predetermined no-load voltage transformation ratio and overall secondary resistance are obtained.
