Abstract

1,184,672. Dry shavers. INVENTA TRUST REG. 9 May, 1967 [27 Oct., 1966], No. 21466/67. Heading B4B. Each of the cutter blades 5 of a longitudinally vibratable cutter head 4 has a portion which is straight or has only a slight curvature over a chord extending between points 6 and 7. The cutter head is pivotally supported on pins 10 and is pressed against a shaving plate 2. The cutter head may have a rocking movement imparted thereto as in Specification 1,175,459. The plate 2 in the portions thereof corresponding to the strongly curved portions 6 and 7 is provided with circular (not shown) or hexagonal apertures, the remaining portions of the plate having oblong apertures.
