An electrically-driven dry shaver comprises two shearing heads 1, 10 for cutting short hairs and clipper heads 4, 40 for cutting long hairs, the heads 1, 10 having connected thereto rocking arms 7, 70 carried by an axis 6, 60, the arms 7, 70 having journals 71, 710 which engage in recesses 41, 410 in the movable cutters of the heads 4, 40 so that the movable cutters can be moved to an extended position in which they cut an outline. The heads 4, 40 can be connected together by a rivet 50. The heads 1, 10 either have foils 2, 20 or a single foil 21.
