Abstract

117,619. Comstock, C. W. June 30, 1917. [Convention date]. Valves.-A rotary cylindrical valve for controlling inlet and exhaust has a pair of alined ports for each cylinder, which register simultaneously with ports 41, 44 and then with ports 40, 42. The ports 40, 41 open into the cylinders, and the ports 42, 44 into the inlet and exhaust pipes, respectively.
