113,845. Marshall, C. O. March 9, 1917. Automatic speed control.-Governing apparatus for motor vehicles comprises two centrifugal governors d, e, one driven by the vehicle wheels, the other by the engine, and both adapted to actuate the throttle of the engine through levers g, k, links h, l, sliding wedges &c. i, j, and the rod m. The slide j has an inclined face o to give an additional opening of the throttle at starting. The levers g, k or other suitable parts may carry pointers &c. to indicate the maximum speed attained.
