A refrigerator cabinet comprises an outer casing made up of a number of panels 11, 12 and frame members 3, 12f, 13b, the edges of the panels being disposed in grooves formed in the frame members, an inner liner 2 and foamed plastics insulation which is formed in situ between and serves to unite the casing and liner. The liner may also be composed of panels and grooved frame members (Fig. 7, not shown), and the frame members may be inter-connected by tie-rods prior to foaming (Figs. 2, 4 and 7, not shown).
