1,126,906. Drying ovens. POTTERIES VENTILATING & HEATING CO. Ltd. 20 March, 1967 [23 March, 1966], No. 12717/66. Heading F4G. A drying oven for ceramic ware is divided by a horizontal baffle 24 into two zones 10a, 10b through which the wave is carried by a single swing tray conveyer 16 in a path about rollers 14 so as to have two horizontal runs in each zone and drying air passes from a heater 20 and fan 21 into the lower zone for passage therethrough and about the baffle into the upper zone so that the latter zone is cooler than the lower zone. A feeding and take-off zone for entry and removal of ware at apertures 25, 26 is formed by a vertical leg 12 depending from the main chamber.
